Fixed SPRs in core v15.2:

SPR 1127 The PSF for revolution 897 could not be imported, its structure contained a very short window in which telecommand was enabled. The window was shorter than the minimal time required for a slew. Instead of rejecting the PSF, windows like this are ignored with respect to the OSS slew window which makes this PSF permissable.
SPR 1164 'Schedule notification' email messages could not be sent and caused a Null Pointer Exception, if the send button was pressed without editing the message text. This problem has been solved and no errors should appear while sending a message, edited or not.
SPR 1121 Mode maintenance was not intended to allow changes in the EDs so the GUI has been updated accordingly. The "Current ED's" option of the CSS menu allows changes in the ED table.
SPR 1146 Non default TM settings no longer yield (NPE) problems in the GUI, in case no number of packets is available from the DB.
SPR 1126 The Email Maintenance Manager window has a new visual component to control which mailing lists are part of the lower table. Use the mouse to select mailing lists in either list (using control or shift to select multiple) and press the appropriate button to move them to the other.

Implemented SCRs in core v15.2:

PHS:

SCR 1148 An observation's dwelltime generally depends on the approved time and the pattern: it can be calculated for optimum entire patterns or specified in a custom pattern. Sometimes, mainly concerning calibration observations, the computed dwelltime does not suffice. For this type of fine tuning, the dwelltime can be edited. The GUI allows editing for approved observations until the first exposure is scheduled.

Fixed SPRs in web v7.6:

SPR 0001128 Due to incorrect header information on page encoding some PI first names would display incorrectly. The pages are served UTF-8 encoded and say so.

Implemented SCRs in web v7.6:

SCR 0001129 Split target and scheduling information
