The attached scientific justification files are stored using their original extension (PDF or PS) so no more PSJ.

Other changes/comments:

• It's the PLD that implements the auto-subscription feature of AO8. First phase PI's will claim data rights on sources in their observiations' fields of view. The PLD will store a subscription to the incoming observing proposal automatically. If the proposal is approved, the subscription should be reviewed as well; approving or rejecting sources. This subscription of the observing PI will be used in the second phase of the AO to prevent conflicts with other subscribers and to provide access to the instrument data after observing.
