Fixed SPRs in core v16.0:

OSS:

SPR 1240 The rare case of one PI having two distinct proposals scheduled in the revolution range for which you are composing the schedule notifcation message, is now dealt with correctly such that all subscriber mailing lists are put in copy.
SPR 1273 Date and time stamps for each of the Mars symbols on the sky display corrected.

Implemented SCRs in core v16.0:

OSS:

SCR 1223 When starting to schedule a revolution, you will be warned in case you mixed observations that have been set up for SPI annealing with those that have not.
SCR 1300 The sky display now provides a visual distinction between bins without any visibility and those bins that have visibility for part of the bin. As a result the DBOB based maps and the ORBITA based maps look a lot more similar when considering the size of the sun exclusion zones.

PHS:

SCR 1270 The MapMaker now has support for IBIS, SPI and JEMX. A special command line invocation of the ExposureMapMaker uses the MapMaker to construct upto the end of AO-maps that can be used as input to the EMT and the TAC pages.
SCR 1223 When editing an observation's TM assignment, you will be warned when the total TM budget is changed, thus avoiding mistakes in the redistribution of TM packets for SPI annealing.
SCR 1293 The source diagnostics tool (SDT) will happily consider sources of target-of-opportunity observations in its quest for conflicts and naming issues.

Fixed SPRs in web v7.11:

SPR 1297 TVP relies on Flight Dynamics for visibility information. The problem in FD's SkyMaps cause TVP to give too optimistic values for target vsibility.
