Implemented SCRs in ote v5.1:

SCR 557 After evaluating the new look and feel as well as verifiying the results, the following items needed fixing: For an energy range small enough that it does not require splitting in multiple bands, the same instrument minimum sensitivity warning message appears twice. a less ragged layout of the results. keep the values of the form instead of resetting them to the default.
