Fixed SPRs in core v11.1.0:

Tools:

SPR 669 Fixed

OSS:

SPR 673 The time axis is now always correct
SPR 682 All ISOC software components now use the GMT timezone

Starmap:

SPR 676 GPS is now plotted correctly (based on start and end pointing)

PHS:

SPR 689 Implemented as proposed

Implemented SCRs in core v11.1.0:

PHS:

SCR 302 It is now possible to navigate between observations while the instrument and source window are still opened.

OSS:

SCR 433 It is now possible to filter on (search for) proposal ID
SCR 442 Title added
SCR 459 Buttons reorganized

Fixed SPRs in DB v4.2.1:

SPR 680 When the database was updated to include the new custom raster functionality, the procedure for generation IOP's was not updated. Now fixed.
SPR 681 Businessrule 52 updated.
SPR 683 Splitted observations are no longer set to completed. Their status remains scheduled.
SPR 684 Fixed by setting the start pointing of the new observation to the last pointing + 1 (or -1 when doing the pattern backwards) of the original observation. Note that this means that any pattern can have a start pointing now, not only GPS and GCDE. However, the start pointing of a 5x5, HEX cannot be changed by the user.
SPR 686 The Fix JEMX database procedure is updated such that it also fixes the IBIS parameters. This is a short-term fix, the actual problem will be solved in screw 501

Implemented SCRs in DB v4.2.1:

SCR 474 The default parameters for GPS and GCDE surveys are now frozen at schedule time, instead of observation creation time.

Implemented SCRs in web v2.1.0:

SCR 478 The approved target lists are now also available for download in ASCII CSV (Comma Separated Value) file. The HTML target page contains a link to the csv version.
