Summary: Rewrite of proposal printing system, dither pattern generator

Dependencies

System name ID Version
ISOC Database DB 7.4

Fixed SPRs:

PHS:

SPR 772 The proposal printing has been revamped, solving the problem described in the SPR (Key Programme not mentioned on subscription print-outs). (developer report)
SPR 825 The default printer and orientation are now set to a sensible values (landscape on xprc8_q2 instead of portrait on the A0 printer).

OSS:

SPR 803 Definitively closing this SPR. The SUM files (plain text format summary file) are not saved anymore. We use the HTML formatted version instead. (developer report)
SPR 827 After opening OSS, if you go directly to the View tab, without selecting any other tab first, it will display incorrectly. Also, some of the items on the Selection tab, even though it is not selected initially and should therefore be hidden, appear through the initially selected tab if you click with the mouse. This has been fixed.

Implemented SCRs:

PHS:

SCR 600 The Dither Pattern Generator has been rewritten, to use the scheme of pattern classes and all associated functionality, as it is used from OSS. This includes moving COP, orientation relative to the galactic plane (Screw 610), and output to a Sky Display.
SCR 610 See Screw 600.

OSS:

SCR 602 The scheduling window and the schedule progress monitor had inconvenient location, size, and/or zoom-level. This has been improved.
SCR 605 The format of the statistics file has been updated according to specification.

CCS:

SCR 609 The import of a new IODB (or ED browser in MOC jargon) required a licensed Oracle tool (sqlldr) to import comma-separated text files into a few database tables. After the migration of the planning workstations from Suse Linux to Red Hat, this tool was not available anymore. Instead of buying two licenses, the functionality has been implemented in Java (and licensed to ISOC).
