Fixed SPRs in core v20.1:

core:

SPR 1601 Revolution 1354 planning had roll angle violation during slew.
SPR 1594 Duplication of files in the software.
SPR 1599 For the SAS Calibration in rev 1350, the pointings didn't have the correct Roll Angle.

Implemented SCRs in core v20.1:

core:

SCR 1562 Pick a default perigee entry in the selection panel
SCR 1588 Allow sending of POD file to ISDC, even if no OPP file is present

Fixed SPRs in fdserver v3.8:

fdserver:

SPR 1601 Revolution 1354 planning had roll angle violation during slew.
