Fixed SPRs in core v17.0:

PHS:

SPR 1260 Proposals exported in PGT's XML format will come with the data rights included.

OSS:

SPR 1320 OMC field of view graphics error corrected, text is now within the demarcation.

Implemented SCRs in core v17.0:

PHS:

SCR 1232 The subscription print and PDF include an automatic evalutation of the sources' exposure time according to PQT. The results are two fold: an association to a proposal that does not expose any of the sources is marked LOW and each source not exposed by any of the assocations is marked LOW. The threshold for low exposure time is the usual 100 ks.
SCR 1235 Upon rejecting all sources of a subscription, all associations are automatically rejected as well.
SCR 1309 Email templates for approval and rejection updated.

OSS:

SCR 1321 All ESA memeber states have a flag now.
SCR 1311 In revolutions past, the perigee attitude has been optimized to keep the SPI cooling system out of the earth's albedo. OSS and starmap have been extended to visualize the angle between earth and the spacecraft's minus Z axis. When choosing the perigee attitude in OSS's control tab, the Earth:-Z angle is displayed. When viewing a Sky Map, the context menu provides a tool to query the angle for any RA and Dec, just click on the map. When activating this tool, the sky bins in which the angle is larger than 100 degrees are marked in a shade of green (darker meaning higher angle).
SCR 1313 After selecting the observation in a revolution on the OSS selection tab, you can click any pair of observations to verify the slew distance between them and so optimize the order of observations.
SCR 1322 OSS control tab already displayed whether the revolution being scheduled was in eclipse season or not. The information has been extended, giving you the start of the upcoming season when not eclipsed and the end of the current season if eclipsed.

Implemented SCRs in fdserver v3.6:

SCR 1311 The orbital state information can now be queried through the extended FlightDynamics Java interface. Thanks to Jon Brumfit this enables us to compute Earth:-Z axis angles.
