Fixed SPRs in core v15.5:

SPR 1163 PHS is now able to compute timing offsets for OMC flat field calibration EDs, that previously were manually inserted in PHS.
SPR 1053 Zoom and coordinates coordination coordinated.
SPR 1193 Since the return of the GPS in AO8, starmap's way of recognizing a GPS had to be updated to reflect today's pattern specification.

Implemented SCRs in core v15.5:

PHS:

SCR 1066 The exposure map maker has been added to the tool menu. Generate full sky exposure maps for validated and approved proposals. Two file formats (FITS and the ISOC internal PQT-ready) and the IBIS instrument are supported.
SCR 1098 Existing filtering on proposal types already supported selecting xx3yyyy proposals, updated the GUI text to 'Subscription' instead of 'KP'
SCR 1118 An additional proposal state has been introduced: Obsolete ('O'). Proposals that never have been nor will be scheduled can be parked as obsolete such that they are ignored in future regular operations.

Fixed SPRs in DB v9.5:

SPR 0001192 Corrected the amalgamation process to create appropriate child observations.

Implemented SCRs in DB v9.5:

SCR 0001118 An additional proposal state has been introduced: Obsolete ('O'). Proposals that never have been nor will be scheduled can be parked as obsolete such that they are ignored in future regular operations.

Fixed SPRs in web v7.8:

SPR 0001180 Simultaneous users in the Proposal Query Tool (PQT) correctly handled

Implemented SCRs in web v7.8:

SCR 0001022 "Data distribution medium" has been removed from the new TOO alert webpage.

SPR 0001077 Printing a subscription shows the association to the observing proposals.
