Implemented SCRs in core v14.2:

PHS:

SCR 704 The Email Maintenance Manager application now supports synchronization with an existing mailman installation.
SCR 719 A SPI annealing flag has been added to database, web-application and can be controlled with PHS on observation level.
SCR 720 The user can see now who is logged into PHS

Fixed SPRs in DB v8.8:

SPR 918 Jemx parameters not set for AO6 CP and KP because the Proposal Procedure Package Body was not using the correct default values. It has them now.

Implemented SCRs in DB v8.8:

SCR 726 Exposure/execution time for new Eds modes working correctly in the DB, POS generation should be fine.
SCR 728 Operational backups are now replicated in intdb04 (/oracle_backup_intdb04/)
