Implemented SCRs in core v13.2:

OSS:

SCR 698 OSS has been updated for using DB values for parameters used at POSCheck, instead of hardcoded values.

Fixed SPRs in web v6.2:

SPR 907 Adding SIMBAD source coordinate retrieval to the OTE page.
SPR 911 Fixing received/sent file status on schedule status page: the database was in a state that it did not knew about the arrival of the two PSF's.

Implemented SCRs in web v6.2:

SCR 680 Adding observation ID column to the query result sets of the target and scheduling pages. Take note that we did not include a checkbox for (un)displaying the NRT reports, since now scientists are able to download a CSV format of the scheduling queries (without the NRT report links).

Implemented SCRs in TVP v4.4:

SCR 665 The total visibility time is now counted up and added at the bottom of the query table.

Implemented SCRs in DB v8.4:

Implemented SCRs in PPD v3.0:

SCR 694 PPD update for sending mails after successfully sending mission planning files.
SCR 695 Monitoring PPD internal directories for identifying failures.
