Fixed SPRs in core v12.14:

OSS:

SPR 855 Roll angle was always 0 in static strategy. Now this value can be updated and used

PHS:

SPR 866 Some users could not edit domain properties. Roles and permission have been updated accordingly.
SPR 882 When creating an observing strategy, the orientation axis was not shown correctly in the Details panel. This has now been fixed.

Implemented SCRs in core v12.14:

PHS:

SCR 640 Galactic coordinates in Pattern Calculator have been added.

Fixed SPRs in DB v7.9:

DB:

SPR 874 Inconsistent db entries for TOO have been cleaned up

Implemented SCRs in web v5.8:

SCR 650 Looking back at past revolutions, it is sometimes interesting to know if all went fine. The ISDC maintains NRT reports for each revolution which include technical and scientific quality assessments. Links to these reports are now made visible from the Target and Scheduling pages. In a later stage we might want to copy all NRT reports over to ISOC and have some mechanism look for recent reports. In that way, we could link localy instead of depending to the ISDC.

Implemented SCRs in TVP v4.2:

SCR 630 A field for a source name is added, which can be used to query SIMBAD for the exact source coordinates. This implements that TVP now also makes use of the isoc-simbad library.
