Fixed SPRs in core v11.11:

PHS:

SPR 751 The 'Update approved' button for GPS observations did not work correctly. This has been fixed.

OSS:

SPR 754 In specific cases, when MOC has specified a hand-over (i.e. not recommended), or the 'Fix GSHO' checkbox had been checked, the scheduling would still move the hand-over, or some of the related ED's. This has been fixed. (developer report)
