Fixed SPRs in core v11.10:

PHS:

SPR 726 GUI refresh problem in PHS instrument Mode dialog solved.
SPR 755 Unwanted dwell time recalculation after split - removed.

OSS:

SPR 736 Error at end of scheduling, prevented by changing the GUI refresh strategy. (developer report)

Implemented SCRs in core v11.10:

PHS:

SCR 519 The requirement to be able to convert a regular proposal into a Key Programme subscription has been implemented by extending the Copy-proposal function. On copy, the user selects the resulting type: a new proposal (the default) or a new subscription to a KP of choice. The latter leads to a new subscription in the AO of the selected KP. The printing of subscriptions has been enabled, listing all sources instead of observation data.

Implemented SCRs in PGT v4.1:

SCR 533 PGT attempts to connect, one by one, to a list of ports specified in the properties file. Right now, there is only one port in that list, port 1536. If the direct connection to that port fails (due to firewall issues perhaps), PGT will now attempt to tunnel its data through an HTTP connection on port 80. A webserver has been installed on the ECM, configured to forward traffic to the proposal receiver.
