SPR 739 | The Observation details in PHS, such as the fixed-time flag, the start and end time for fixed-time observations, etc. were not editable. This version implements a preliminary fix for this problem, to be able to schedule (fixed-time properties need to be changed for scheduling). It is not yet working correctly in all circumstances and for all fields, though. |
