SPR 721 | OSS required PSF n+1 to schedule revolution n, in order to properly do the check for a safe perigee passage. The old situation has been restored: If PSF n+1 is not (yet) imported, the perigee safety check is done until the end of the revolution. |

SPR 731 | The scheduled time for an observation, is displayed by PHS, could become incorrect, if in OSS scheduling error had occurred, after which the changes were committed to the database. SPR 733 | When OSS was requesting Flight Dynamics for a slew it could not construct (not using a simple slew, and not by using either of the two options for a dog-leg), OSS would throw an exception. From this version on, OSS will show a message that a given slew could not be constructed, the time it was trying for and from/to RA/DEC. |
