Fixed SPRs in core v11.12:

PHS:

SPR 757 Corrected the observation's source dialog such that it accepts a negative declination in the Dec:Min:Sec format (-51:18:00).
SPR 758 Changing tab on the instrument parameters window corrected to actually show the parameter values.
SPR 761 Newly created proposals can be saved again.

Implemented SCRs in core v11.12:

PHS:

SCR 542 The mass printing of proposals has been improved such that when printing a selection of proposals, the user can make a printer selection and set up for each proposal separately or have the printer selection dialog appear only once and have those settings applied to all of the printed proposals. As a result of the above printing to a file is now available when mass printing. By including the tag {id} in the user selected output filename, the user will obtain a file per proposal (named accordingly, except for the tag being replaced by the proposal ID)
