PHS to PGT conversion:

SPR 653 The proposal conversion (PHS database to PGT file) has been revised and tested with the latest version of PGT and PLD. Also, the active/inactive JEMX issue has been taken into account.

OSS:

SPR 679 Scheduled time information in PHS could become corrupt when more than one revolution is being unscheduled (attributed to caching, which is subsequently removed altogether).

SCR 508 From now on, one of the JEMX instruments is defined to be active and the other one inactive. Each observation has a flag which indicates wether the observation must always use the active JEMX instrument. You can set this flag in the Instruments dialog in PHS. If set, you can only change the mode and parameters of the active JEMX, the inactive JEMX will be uneditable and set to SAFE_DORM. This flag is set to false for all current observations. But new (AO4+) observations will have this flag set to true by default. At a certain moment we might want to switch the active/inactive JEMX instruments. For this the Switch JEMX functionality has been added to CCS. The IFOM has been updated to describe the Switch JEMX procedure.

PHS:

SCR 509 A new menu item in PHS has been added: Simbad source check. This allows you to check the sources of all open time observations of a given AO against the online Simbad database.
