Summary: | Improved IODB import plus a dozen other SCREWs and SPRs |
System name | ID | Version |
---|---|---|
ISOC Database | DB | 5.2 (new) |
SPR 677 | The POSChecker will show a warning when it finds Dark Current EDs but no Flat Field EDs. | |
SPR 688 | When new EDs or Parameters are imported, all Approved observations (and only those) are updated. When observations enter the Approved state later (as a result of split, unamalgamation, approval (from validated) or unscheduling) then their commands and parameters will be synchronized at that moment. As a result, all Approved observation are always up to date with the latest IODB. | |
SPR 700 | Fixed. | |
SPR 704 | The sky map, timeline and summary are all updated twice per second. | |
SPR 710 | Fixed. |
SPR 678 | Fixed, sorted by parameter name. |
SPR 707 | Fixed. |
SCR 489 | The manual selection of observations has been improved: the user can now use the SHIFT and CTRL buttons to make manual sub selections in the observation list. The order in which the observations are listed can be specified by clicking on a column in the table header. The user can specify secondary (third ..etc) ordering by holding down the CTRL button while clicking on other column in the table header. The Approved and Scheduled duration columns have been added to the observation table. The request to display all observations that were scheduled in a certain revolution has not been implemented yet because of unclear user requirements. This has to be discussed in the next CCB. |
SCR 493 | When a new POS is generated, the system writes a log message to the database containing the corresponding date and time. This message can be retreived by looking in the event log (File menu, Log). |
SCR 497 | The perigee exit and entry time and position are now part of the summary. The perigee strategy for the current scheduling session is also in the summary but only when the scheduling has been done in that session. After you restart OSS, this information is lost. | |
SCR 500 | The summary contains two new columns for each exposure: start and end (point number). | |
SCR 503 | Previously, the observations in the observation selection table were ordered by priority. This has been changed: the observations will now be ordered by proposal id and observation number. | |
SCR 504 | When the user selects observations for scheduling, he can mix the order of fixed time and normal time observations. |
SCR 501 | Implemented as proposed. The parameter value type (Raw or Engineering) is determined by ISOC. If MOC sends an update with a different value type, the MOC default is converted using the provided calibration curves. Also, the IODB import will no longer change Scheduled and Completed observations. Only the Approved observations are updated with the latest commands (EDs) and parameters. |
