	SPR 708	Additional checking detects overlapping GSHO and instrument (JEM-X) startup. The situation is resolved by postponing the instrument startup. When an instrument can't be started before observing, a warning pops up and scheduling can optionally be cancelled. (instrument startup offsets are controlled in CCS, the parameters have been renamed to activationOffset.J and activationOffset.K, the activationPreset parameters are no longer in use.)
	SPR 718	GSHOs are now allowed to occur outside overlap windows and GSHOs are allowed to be longer than the overlap window they coincide with, as specified by the PSF ICD.
	SPR 760	If the observation's approved time is more than the summed dwelltimes of the associated custom pointing pattern, scheduling will be limited to the time necessary to complete the pattern. A popup will warn the operator so and OSS will continue scheduling a next observation.
	SPR 767	Sexagesimal input does not require seconds, i.e. 4:04 is equal to 04:04:0.0 (This is solved in a library -isoc-util v1.9-, hence all subsystems benefit from this improvement)
	SPR 776	If the system cannot obtain all (3) required database connections, the switchboard will not appear. The console will show a message about the cause.
	SPR 780	OSS displays fixed time observations' start and end times in 24 hours clock.

	SCR 553	The country column has been removed from the observation selection screen. -- Rejected after user testing, redone in ISOC v.12.6.
	SCR 558	The Perigee Entry Strategy panel's size has been increased.

PHS:

	SCR 554	The Update approved time button will set the observation's approved time to the summed dwelltimes in its custom pointings pattern. (Formerly, the button only applied to GPS type observations)
	SCR 566	Using the existing proposal/subscription filtering capabilities, only Key Programme related proposals and subscriptions can be displayed. The confusing 'Reserved Type 3' has been appropriately renamed to 'Key Programme'. -- Rejected after user testing, redone in ISOC v.12.6.
	SCR 551	RA and Dec parsing is limited to normalized values only. (This is solved in a library -isoc-util v1.9-, hence all subsystems benefit from this improvement)

When altering the minimum TM values for modes or the HKTM settings in CCS, the system will warn on conflicts between the new settings and current (non frozen) observations or modes.
