INTEGRAL Galactic bulge Monitoring: Crab Calibration Data (OSA10.1)
Light Curves
IBIS/ISGRI
IBIS/ISGRI count rates for the Crab have been read from the
isgri_sky_res.fits
files produced byOSA10.1
with the same settings as for the Galactic bulge monitoring light curves. The average count-rates are as follows: Band A (18-40 keV), 1 Crab = 208 cps; Band B (40-100 keV), 1 Crab = 100 cps (averaged between MJD 52500 - 55000 and with off-axis angles smaller than 13 degrees). There are variations in the IBIS/ISGRI count rates with off-axis angles of ~ few % up to ~14 degrees from the pointing direction.
IBIS/ISGRI has shown variations by a few % over the years; see also ISDC FAQ IBIS-026.MJD(days), +/-, Flux (counts/s), +/-, angle, ScW ID

JEM-X
JEM-X count rates for the Crab have been read from the
jmx[1/2]_sky_ima.fits
files produced byOSA10.1
with the same settings as for the Galactic bulge monitoring light curves. Fluxes are read from the images usingmosaic_spec
. The average count-rates, at less than 4.5 degrees off-axis are as follows: Band A (3-10 keV), 1 Crab = 97 cps (J1), 103 cps (J2); Band B (10-25 keV), 1 Crab = 29 cps (J1), 27 cps (J2). Outside of 4.5 degrees off-axis the response falls off sharply and uncertainty on the flux increases.MJD(days), +/-, Flux (counts/s), +/-, angle, JEM-X unit, ScW ID
