  Actually they might currently have the beginning of the
time interval (I'll ask NP).

  As far as I can tell with my tired brain, this could work.
But I consider it somewhat messy in the (ab)use of OBT 
information. What do you others think? If you think this is
a good idea, I'll discuss with people at ISDC. In any case,
NP would need to updated j_prp_evts_obt.
