Dear Sami,

thanks for your input to the Interactive background chat: it seems like we're
all thinking along the same lines at least. As far as we can tell, there
probably will have to be a way for the user to see the image produced by her
background model subtraction: the image quality is after all the final 
arbiter of what is better and what is worse in background modelling. Rare will
be the user who can look at the shadowgram alone and determine whether the
signal's been cleaned up any better than before.
