Gain Notes for Revolution 399
	
JEM-X2: This is an interesting revolution for JEM-X2 because the instrument
was switched on for the first time after a long period of inactivity. This
revolution was a warmup revolution for the instrument before the Earth Observations
began in orbit 400. The data now presented here (gain history, smoothing and
Xe line) were obtained using the ISDC-generated gain history table produced 
with the CONS (consolidated) pipeline. This is the data that is archived in
/isdc/arc/rev_2. It is the data that is delivered to observers. This data has
a good gain history table which is smoothed well. All the science data from this
revolution should be useable.
The nearly simultaneous glitches on sources 1 (black/red) and 2 (yellow/pink)
are not actually simultaneous, and only appear together through statistical
chance. They in no way affect the gain correction to the science data.

The period during which the gain and SPAG are changing most rapidly at the
beginning of the revolution is now officially designated a Bad Time Interval
and will be disregarded by ISDC analysis software. The period is 
IJD= 2209.90 to 2210.40.

New Xe analysis figures added after creation of JEM-X2 IMOD epochs 12 and 13
with new reference channels. New reference calibration channels lift Xe line
from an average of of about 28.8 keV to 29.66 keV.
