Action Items

AI_040114_1 PK	17 Jan 2004	Arrange a meeting room for SDAST use on
OPEN Tuesday morning at the Munich Workshop

A couple of AIs were closed, and several got new due dates
NJW's preliminary results, comparing images with background corrections and
those without, show that more spurious sources arise and the DETLEV
	values do not increase
CAO will have the preliminary table of instrument configuration changes
on the SDAST forum by the end of the week
Results of CAO's investigations into deadtime corrections and how well they
work should appear in the updated SVR
CAO now working 40% on Planck and 60% on JEM-X
Updated SVR will first be available after the Workshop in Munich
NL will produce a formal mosaicking document quite soon
SL's work on rev. 53 data on GRS1915 (PIDs 65, 66) is ongoing
It was agreed that we would try to have a short SDAST meeting at the
Munich Workshop on Monday morning if possible, and Tuesday morning
during the nucleosynthesis presentations which do not directly involve
	any of us
Work is continuing on workshop contributions in most quarters
It was agreed that each chat meeting should have a particular discussion topic
and a designated person to prepare and lead the discussion. The
topic person should circulate an email on the topic the day before and
all other SDASTers should prepare material for the discussion.
next week's topic will be `Shared software and algorithms', proposed
	and led by NJW
There is a new change request from ISDC for all source lists to include
the source's name. PK thinks this only affects SL's software, and will
	agree to the request
