<peter> Hi, finally I got through! END
> Hello everyone! Let's get stuck into what we have to do straight away:
> any more suggestions for the SDAST meeting agenda? Peter, can you be sure to
> get Tim Lock to the meeting so we can discuss a little less cumbersome update
> method for the ADD? END
<peter> Sorry, he actually will not be able to attend. Because a death in the
familyhe had to shift his holiday plans and will not be at ISDC next week. END
> then we'd best leave that off the agenda end
<peter> I've just called Tim and we two will meet and try to spell out a
reasonable procedure. END
> For those of you who've forgotten what's on the agenda for next week's meeting:
<peter> This will then be presented at our meeting. END
> Science Verification what's still to do and who should do it?
Science Verification Document: what's still needed and how can the
		draft be improved/corrected
ADD: any lingering problems, otherwise, open the champagne
ADD Updatinge (with Tim Lock): A simpler procedure needed?
V1 status: integration, testing, verification, outstanding changes
		known to be needed (hopefully not too many of these);
		outstanding SPRS/SCREWs
	V2 status: as above
V3 status: have we got anything delivered here?
Instrument model status: how many of our tables actually contain
		realistic numbers?
Operational activities: who's doing what, and where?
RA/DEC conversion function for DAL3: who needs it, and who'll code it?
Background Model: concrete algorithms etc. Where's our background Tzar?
Mini (Refined) Imaging Seminar by NJW
	ISDC news views and status
	Action Item List
> Okay Peter, you two thrash something out and let me know what's required.END
> Also, we should prepare for the possiblity that NJW isn't coming either: he's
> off sick today, and also had a death in the family, so maybe no imaging
> seminar by our image guru.
> Sami: will Juhani, our background Tzar be coming to the meeting? END
<smaisala> Juhani is not coming. END
> Will you all please be sure to complete your ADD updates by tomorrow afternoon
> at the very latest: I"ll have to make myself a copy of the latest version
> at the latest on Friday evening, because apart from the two days at ISDC next
> week I'm on Easter holiday with my children, and I'd like to have the most
> complete version of ADD7.0 with me at ISDC, so that I can give you all your
> homework (and you wouldn't want to miss that!) END
> Peter, will you make up the agenda from the list of topics (including coffee
> breaks and lunches) or shall I? END
> Silvia: would you like to present something about IBAS or the scripts? END
<peter> If you have the time, I'd prefer you doing it. I'm currently extremely
loaded and still wondering when I will manage my ADD updates ... END
> Okay I'll do it. We begin at 1Pm on the first day and finish at 4Pm on the
> 2nd day, is that right? END
<silvia> Carol Anne I do not think so ! IBAS work is stopped and my work in the
scripts is extremely premilinary ! END
<silvia> May be in the next meeting !
<silvia> END
<peter> Actually, I am just working to get another delivery of the scripts in
place - but it is a diificult procedure.
<peter> Many old problems, found in November, December and January had __not__
been fixed in the meantime and I was to badly organized to notice this :-( END
> If there's nothing else then, and no more comments, I think we should get on
> with somre real work and remember: PLEASE CHECK THE AI LIST AND BE SURE TO DO
> ALL THE AGREED THINGS BEFORE THE MEETING. THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION!
> END
<peter> That does sound threatening ... :-) END
> As always......END
<peter> A practical question - should we do the bread/ham/cheese/vegetables/...
lunch with me buying stuff and you all participating again?
<peter> And if yes, for both days or just for one? END
> Yes, that'd be excellent Peter, if you've got time - both days would suit me
> fine. END
<silvia> For me yes, both days ! END
<peter> OK, sounds like I'll go shooping on Monday evening. END
<peter> Btw, compensation can also be done by bringing along a few glasses of
good Danish sild. END
> Will do! END
<peter> OK, anything else? Other questions? END
> Peter perhaps you should know I'm not allowed to each chocolate, cheese,
> nuts, citrus fruits, strawberries, coffee......etc. etc because of migraine -
> so some apples and parma ham would go over a treat. END
> Any more comments? END
<peter> That does sound unfair. I'll try to get some good ham to make up for
this. END
<silvia> Peter you can buy to Carol Anne some Spanish Jam !!! END
> Spanish Jam or Spanish Ham? END
<peter> Ham, surely - I'll try but I get the feeling it would not only be for
her :-) END
<silvia> I know that she likes it !!! And also some
<silvia> HAM !!! SOrry END
<silvia> And also someone else !!! END
> sounds like it will be very jolly - can't wait to see you all in sunny Versoix
> next week. Take care till then - goodbye! END
<silvia> Bye !!! See you all the next week !!! END
<peter> see you soon! Bye!
