Implemented SCRs in PGT v11.0:

SCR 1432 A user shouldn't be able to use "unknown" as the source name, due to being a keyword of the system. The warning for the user is now more clear and in checked before doing the submission.
SCR 1533 PGT has two different panels for sources (observations and data rights) each of them with a max size for the source name. The PGT has now the text field 20 chars for source name, and 100 chars for datarights source name
SCR 1431 The path of the file which has been loaded is now diplayed in PGT.
SCR 1486 The list of countries has been updated in PGT.
SCR 1487 Cosmetical changes PGT printed information.

Implemented SCRs in PLD v11.0:

SCR 1486 It was necessary to update the list of countries in both PGT and in the Database.
SCR 1539 Fixed truncated words in the pdf generation for the document sent to the PI after submitting a proposal.
