you can pick up a new ED_DB "Event Designator_2K_18_03_08.zip" from the ESOC-FTP server:

It contains the following modifications:

Update IBIS default value of formal parameters.
Remove obsolete IBIS Synthetic parameter.
Generation of the first over-sampling PST ED
Generation of a new synthetic parameter to calculate the on-board TM buffer occupancy
Generation of a new synthetic parameter to calculate TCO error
Generation of a new synthetic parameter to calculate Accumulated TCO error
Generation of a new synthetic parameter to calculate BW Usage in each TM cycle by APID 129 and 130
Generation of a new synthetic parameter to calculate Total BW Usage in each TM cycle
Modify the interlock criteria of the DPE memory dump commands
Maintenance of the OBDH Sequences (RACP parameter set)
Generation of new TM time parameters
Generation of new synthetic parameters to monitor the AOCS FDE Threshold and Criteria
Remove obsolete SPI Synthetic parameters
Generation of new and modification of old ANDs
