Dear Colleagues,

the newest Database version (IODB_3.1_059_09_03_09) has been installed on the
operational system.

The ISDC database is available on the ESOC FTP server in the Integral folder.
The Event Designator database is available on the ESOC FTP server in the Event
Designator folder

The FOPGEN has been updated also, and is ready to be used again.

The following changes were made in the Database:

INT_DCR-09 - Wrong slew star parameters & changes to AS0715, AS0716, AS1032
INT_DCR-13 - RD0001D increase NBCHK to 4
INT_DCR-14 - Introduction of Time tagged JEMX1/2 eclipse exit EDs
INT_DCR-15 - New SPI Diagnostic TM packets
INT_DCR-16 - Change upper limit of E0355
INT_DCR-17 - Change base of parameters from Decimal to HEX Pending  
INT_DCR-18 - Re-define scrolling display US0001, and intrroduce 3 new displays
