The new version (ifds_2008_2i) is now available for download:

I have reviewed and improved the validation approach. Each software problem
reported is now added to the list of test cases (verification/data). In order
to support the wide time range of the test cases, which go well beyond the
usual span of the orbita file, I had to package with the delivery a long (and
large) orbita file. This file will be installed with the usual install
script. It is expected that this file will be overwritten with the most
recently delivered orbit package (FTS).

Note: The large orbita file leads to extended orbit access times, i.e.
applications requiring orbital information (practically all) run slower than
with the normal short orbita file.
