Fixed SPRs:

SPR 1233

Enlarged input fields for revolution numbers of 1000 and above.

Implemented SCRs:

	SCR 1075	By default the TVP input form presents a date range from today and one month beyond. Using the request parameter nextAO set to true, the form will present the upcoming AO date range.
	SCR 1119	Regular error reporting applies to SIMBAD outage.
	SCR 1179	The scheduling pages can be searched by date, clicking on the calendar icon in the top menu bar.
	SCR 1210	See SCR 1075.

Other changes/comments:

TVP is now integrated in the web application. TVP requires visibility data to perform its predictions in the form of FD's SkyMaps. Instead of connecting to a remote FD server, this version is configured with a local FD Server that provides SkyMaps-only. The maps it serves have been precomputed from DBOB v118 and require annual updating.
