SPR 768 | Proposals where the PI last name contained an apostrophe could not be loaded into the DB. This has been fixed. |

SPR 773 | Proposal ID's for subscriptions to a Key Programme should follow the convention that the first FOUR character of their ID coincides with the proposal ID of the Key Programme, that they subscribe to. The last three digits are a free index, starting at 001. This has now been properly implemented, also for the case of multiple Key Programmes. |
