SPR 766 | The proposal checking fails (i.e. says the proposal is incorrect) when the source name is left empty for TOO observations. This has been fixed. For TOO observations, the source name is allowed to be empty. |

SPR 770 | The Simbad check will produce an error when it finds the given source name in the database, but the position is off by more than 0.1 degrees. This should have been a warning and has now been implemented as such. |
