An extra column COORDINATED_FLAG of type VARCHAR2(1) has been added to the OBS table.
An extra column DUPLICATED_FLAG of the type VARCHAR2(1) has been added to the PROP table.
An extra column NCOIS of type NUMBER has been added to the PROP table.
Proposal Body Package has been updated accordingly
A new table PGT_MESSAGES has been created in order to store the messages of PLD checks (roles updated accordingly)
