Summary:	Database clean-up and addition of REVOLUTIONFILE table, for schedule status web-page.

Adding ppd user to database, to facilitate logging of file transfers by PushPullDaemon.
Dropping 32 functions and procedures that were not used (or only by each other).
Dropping 12 views that were not used anymore.
Dropping the OBSPATTERN table. This table has been superceded by the moden scheme, involving the PATTERN table.
Dropping 5 columns from the OBS table: EXE3X3, LAST5X5, START3X3, USEWANDERINGCOP, and DITPATTERN. All these have been superceded by items in the new PATTERN scheme.
