The degrees fields for a source position in PHS are now editable for normal
users.
Other changes/comments:
A lot of changes have been made to the database to implement proper handling
of default values of instrument parameters and TM allocations. Most notably
these include changes to the observation and command parameters tables.
Some views were dropped, because they were used for browsing the history,
which was done in the old default-value handling. Additionally, some
obsolete proposal locking functionality has been dropped.
The duplicate and incorrectly numbered subscription 430003 has been
deleted (caused by SPR 765.)
Parameters LEDATA L0022F and LEDATA L0023F, with values 10 and 25 resp.,
had their value type set to E (engineering), where this should have been R
(raw), according to the JEM-X user manual. This has been corrected.
The value type of parameters LEDATA L0022F and L0023F has been changed to
Raw, after consultation with the JEM-X expert.
This release follows version 6.3. Version 6.4 has been discarded.
