SPR 650 | The problem occured due to invalid JEMX settings for observations 0320083 and 0320111. These settings have now been repaired. A new SPR has been raised (SPR 653) to investigate how these invalid entries got into the database. |

SPR 652 | The view on the database that is used by the web application (V_OBS) has been changed to avoid duplicates in the observation listing |
