Summary:	GCDE patterns inserted

Fixed SPRs:

	SPR 644	The dominant properties were not applied correctly. The amalgamation package has been updated to fix this
	SPR 646	Some database views and functions still used the old way of linking observations. They now use the new link table x_obs_obs. Details: updated views: v_obs, v_iop and v_pod, updated function: f_child_obs.

The new GCDE surveys have been imported into the database

Other changes/comments:

The database has been updated to support SCREW 431 in PHS (splitting observations). Because of this, a new way of linking observations was introduced. This change also forced some changes in the implementation of amalgamation.
