Abstract
We propose to observe two middle-aged radio pulsars, PSR B0656+14 and PSR B1951+32,
and the candidate to
radio-quiet rotation power neutron star RX/AX J2229.0+6114
in the 10 - 100 keV band. The observations will
allow us to determine with better accuracy
the positions of the turnower in the power law indices
measured in X-ray and gamma-ray
fluxes from these objects. Together with analysis of the pulsed emission
this will lead
to more stringent constraints on the emission mechanisms and location of the emission
regions in the pulsar magnetosphere. Comparison of spectral properties of two pulsars
and radio-quiet
candidate with similar X-ray and gamma-ray spectra and luminosities
will help us to elucidate different
and common features of two classes of the objects.
