Abstract
We propose a Target of Opportunity Observation of the recurrent
pulsating transient X0115+63 in outburst. We
propose {\bf two
observations of 100 ksec each (total 200 ksec)} to be performed at
two different
luminosity states, according to a strategy that
depends on the type of the outbursts. The key
scientific
objectives of the proposal are: measurement of the position, width
and depth of multiple
harmonics across the pulse phase;
measurement of the shapes of the harmonics so to test the
different models
for line formation; study of the dependence of
the cyclotron structures on the luminosity and possibly
measure
the physical heights of the scattering region; measurement of the
QPO and testing of the rotating
warp/lump model.
